Your Trips Page, Explained

How does Gondola track my trips automatically?

By connecting your email, Gondola adds upcoming hotel, flight, and rental car reservations from verified travel providers directly to your Trips page in one organized view. Gondola keeps track of those reservations, always looking for rate drops on your refundable stays.

How do I filter my trips?

The Trips page has a filter panel on the left on desktop. On mobile, tap Filters to open it full screen.

You can narrow your list three ways, and they stack:

  • Reservation type: All, Flights, Hotels, Rental Cars, or Booked with Gondola
  • Dates: Upcoming Reservations, or Last Year to look back at past travel
  • Status: All, Active, or Cancelled

If a trip you expect isn't showing, check these filters first. Switching Dates to Last Year is the quickest way to find a reservation that has already happened.

How do I manage a reservation?

Each trip card has action links for viewing, modifying, and cancelling that reservation. On desktop these sit stacked on the card. Rate monitoring and AutoSave controls live on the same card, so you can see what Gondola is watching for that stay without leaving the page. Expand a hotel card to see the property address, the number of rooms on a multi-room reservation, and, for stays booked on points, the points you redeemed shown separately from your earnings and cash totals.

I'm missing some trips. What should I do?

If a trip isn't showing on your Trips page, click "Missing trips?" at the bottom of your trip list. From there, you can forward a confirmation email to trips@gondola.ai or add a trip manually. You can also contact support@gondola.ai if you need help.
